Arrived very quickly after ordering, and at Christmas. Still waiting for other items ordered ages ago, so was very pleased with that.
Softgels are easy to swallow and come in eco friendly packaging.
I like that they don’t contain lots of bulking agents etc. last ones I had had too many. They are a good dose too. Too early to say if they have improved my health but I know how important vitamin D is so I’m sure the larger dose will help my immune system. Will definitely order again.

Arrived as stated. Packaged well. Item came in resealable pouches. Very small gel capsules which are very easy to swallow. Hopefully they will help with any vitamin D deficiency I have.
