When will my order be delivered?


Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of placing the order, with the exception of weekend (Friday-Sunday) orders. Weekend orders are processed the next working day (Monday).

Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to the email address provided in the order.

All orders will be tracked to you from our nearest warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

We have many delivery partners including Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD and Yodel.

Estimated delivery time is 4 - 7 working days based on current delivery times.



Has my order already been dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched. Please check your SPAM/JUNK inbox if it ends up there. If you do not find the delivery email or think you have deleted it, please contact us at support@enclar.com and we will let you know in real time whether or not your order has been sent.


Why haven't I received a confirmation email after placing my order?

It is very possible that our email has ended up in a SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still can't find the email and want it resent, please contact support@enclar.com.


I don't have a tracking number, when can I get one?

When you receive your broadcast email, it will be included. If you can't find it, you can email us at support@enclar.com to get a tracking update.


What payment options are available?
